Case Study: M/s Ujala deals with manufacturing and selling of Consumer Durables in the Indian Market. The largest selling items for company are TV, Washing Machine, Refrigerators, Tablets and Mobile Phones. The company is well known for exchange offers. The company has been positively involved into recycling of old products and also has a brand that sells refurbished products. The company board has keen interest towards free digital education for the poor. The company has appointed you as the Social Responsibility Head. Your task will be to manage all the CSR activities of this organization
